Fried calamari and sardines

When you have fresh calamari and sardines, simply frying them is a fail-proof, guaranteed great dish, it just cannot go wrong.
Season them well with salt, lightly coat with flour and pop them straight into hot olive oil. When they become nice and crispy, squeeze lemon juice over them and dig in straight away.

新鮮なイカと鰯が手に入ったら、しっかりめに塩をふり、小麦を軽く付けたら直ぐさま熱いオリーブオイルで揚げる。カラッと揚がったら、上からレモンをギュッと絞って食べる。絶対に間違いのない美味しさです。
